Chicken Kacchi Biryani. How to cook Chicken Biryani in Kacchi Biryani style.
Ingredients:

To cook chicken kachchi biryani with 1 kg of chicken,

1. Curry cut chicken 1 kg
2. Basmati Rice – 500gm (half the amount of meat)
3. Plain yogurt – 300gm
4. Ginger paste – 1 tablespoon
5. Garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
6. Chili powder – 1 teaspoon
7. Kachchi Biryani Masala – 50gm (found in any grocery shop)
8. Salt ( if needed for marinating, there is salt included in the kachchi biryani masala)
9. Sugar – 1 teaspoon
10. Fried onion (onion barista) – 1 cup
11. Oil 1/2 cup
12. Saffron – just a pinch (1gm), dissolved into 1/2 cup of water

To cook the basmati rice,

1. Plenty of water
2. Salt – 1 tablespoon
3. Oil – 1 tablespoon
4. Bay leaf – 1pcs
5. Cinnamon stick – 1pcs
6. Whole black pepper – 4pcs
7. Cloves – 2pcs
8. Cardamom – 2 pcs
